Overview
About Me
I come from a European background (Croatian, German, Yugoslavian, English) so I know all about beer and food. I have lived in the Greater Toronto Area my entire life, making me the super-guide to the local favourites! I am extremely friendly, and go out of my way to help people (it's the Canadian upbringing, haha). I love to cook, and try foods from different cultures, especially if it includes a lot of garlic!
Keep in mind, if you wish to use my couch/spare room, I have a dog and cat. People with allergies/a dislike towards animals may not want to crash here.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Being a student, the funds are lacking. Cheaper alternatives for overnight stay is ideal! Plus, getting to know the locals and learn about a culture is the whole point of traveling; not to stay in a fancy hotel and just see the famous sights.
Interests
I have too many to list, but my most dominant interests are:
Literature - mainly British, but I have dabbled in many different areas

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I foster animals in need, whether they need a place to crash, or a place to live until their owners can solve their life problems. It's one of the most gratifying things a person can do!
