ABOUT ME

They would say that I love to cook and bake for them! It's been my passion since long time ago and I like to experiment with new ingredients and things! That's why I love to try "street food" and local cuisine if I visit a place. Growing up in Asian culture, my taste bud grows sensitive to many different flavors and textures. I enjoy savoring (and then cooking!) Asian cuisines, as well as experimenting with fusion food. As for sweet stuffs, I prefer savoring (and then baking!) Western desserts.

And the best thing about cooking and baking is...sharing food with others!

often "couchsurf" (well, I have limited couchsurf experience, so it will mostly be staying over rather than couchsurf) at friends' places and start baking in the middle of nights!

Interests

In short...nature appreciation (like hiking and staring at the vastness of the earth), reading books, improvising on piano, listening to the music (classical), cooking and baking, appreciating past architectures, and see the world :D

I love reading, especially adventures and detectives stories... Agatha Christie, Enid Blyton, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Grisham...they have been my personal favorites since I am young. And so, I love watching tv-series like CSI, Law & Order, Sherlock Holmes, etc. And through reading I come to know more about architecture and history-another hobby!

I love talking and sharing about the essence of life, one's being and values. I could spend hours discussing about this!
