I am from Canada. I am currently living in Alberta Canada after just returning from almost two years of adventures abroad. Im still not ready to call Alberta 'home' especially when it's winter and -35 degree outside. Im a big fan of the sun, the sand and surf. My surfing skills are pretty brutal but I will always be the person in the water with the biggest smile- its hard to believe that somebody so epically bad at a sport can love it so much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to learn about new cultures. I want to learn about people in different parts of the world and I want to share my story and hear yours! I have only used couch surfing a little but I have had such positive experiences that I want to continue to use this platform to expand those positive experiences and learn even more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have jumped off the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe/Zambia, the second largest bungi jump in the world...111 meters. I have played with baby lions at Antelope Park in Zimbabwe. I spent two weeks living alone in rural Zambia teaching preschool. I taught a creative workshop in rural Ethiopia. I sold all my things to travel!
