Resumen
Sobre mí
I think the best way to get to know me, or anyone really is definitely in person (when you're hosting me? Haha) but because I feel weird leaving this box blank I'm going to write something..
Despite my weird accent I am Aussie born and raised, studying philosophy (who needs jobs?) at UNSW in Sydney. However the most important thing in my life has definitely become travelling. Took a gap year after school, travelled Central and South America for 8 months where I discovered the life changing thing that people can breath under water, after getting hooked on this I moved to Koh Tao in Thailand for a bit over 6 months where I did my dive master. Did quite a bit of other travelling when I was younger, but I don't really count that because I was really just one of those all inclusive tourists with family.
I pretty much always travel on my own.. Yes a girl, on her own, by choice. Shocking. Despite the fact that my friends and family pretty much assume my life is going to end like Into the Wild or Bangkok Hilton I do it anyway and love it. When I travel I pretty much just book a one way ticket, turn up somewhere with no plan and no worries.
NEXT TRIP: Heading to London mid November going to explore Europe for a few months, have (my first) white Christmas and learn to ski/snowboard
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
This is my first time using couch surfing, normally I would just stay in hostels but European prices are quite a bit more than I'm used to, so don't have any reviews or what not, but like promise I'm not shit.. Other than obvious cost benefits for a skint traveller, I love meeting new people (I'm also one of those weird people who enjoys starting conversations with randoms) and what better way to get to know a place than through the eyes of a local.
Intereses
Travelling and diving first and foremost.. Other than that I guess; photography, intense philosophical discussions, drinking, binge watching TV shows, cooking, reading, going to the beach, tea and coffee (nothing like the Aussie flat white), watching and playing various types of sport and a random bunch of others which I'm sure you can find out later. Really don't like orange flavoured things..

Música, películas y libros
Music I mostly like various types of rock and metal but I appreciate that most people don't share my tastes so I'm happy to listen to anything (other than like top 40 shit) when I'm out. I like reading, my favourites change regularly and my taste varies hugely going from like LOTR to Inferno to Emma. Really random assortment of films, mostly like random 90's cult films.
Algo increíble que he hecho
That's what's so great about travelling, everyday is filled with amazing things and I honestly don't think I could pick just one.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
Good company? My thanks? Sarcastic banter? A place to stay if you come to Aus?Sorry I don't have much to offer in this department however I am willing to share with you anything I have, I can cook if you want or teach you some of my poor Spanish, take you diving or show you how to make a flat white? Hopefully you're on here for the same reasons I am, so meeting new people and having new experiences is enough.
