I get genuinely excited about things like French-press coffee and great weather. I love dancing, laughing, and discussing politics, especially simultaneously.

Right now I spend my time growing the "mobile restaurant" I started with two of my best friends. We provide music festival-goers across the country with free-range, organic, grass-fed burgers, veggie burgers, fresh-cut curly fries, sweet potato fries, salads, and home-brewed ginger-maté limeade. By sourcing all of our food local to the festival sites, we're trying to help fix the food system one hungry concert-goer at a time.
