About Me

CURRENT MISSION

rock 2012

ABOUT ME

I just returned to SF after nearly a year of traveling. It is good to be home!

I am a doer of things, and I usually have a bunch of projects going all at once. Currently I am learning to play the ukulele and the accordion. I like kitchen science (distilling liquor, meat curing, etc) and I sew a lot(re-designing clothing, making costumes, etc). I ride a fixed gear bike. I know how to sail.

I actively seek out fun and adventure. I like a good indie rock show. I love a good SF prank.

For money I work as a registered nurse, and I can tell you about your health, or about weird health conditions, or about the state of healthcare in general.

PHILOSOPHY

Be good to people. Be more authentic than clever. Make fun happen. Try hard things. Be brave. Repeat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just returned from extensive traveling, where I was hosted by some amazing people. I am back in SF, but not quite settled in yet. I would be happy to meet couch surfers for coffee, show you around if I have time, or tell you where the cool places to go are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have mostly been on the receiving end of CS. I've been hosted by some amazing people, and have met some cool people for coffee. Now I intend to give back to CS.
