ABOUT ME

Finally!!! I made it to LONDON!!! And made it back in one piece ;) Don't get me wrong, I LOVED my experience in England... but Montreal is too great to leave like that!!!
Besides that I'm really easy to talk to... especially if we're just a small group... and I'm really interested about how everyone lives their life all around the world...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchsurfed on 11 couches in England in 2009 and went to various meetings in Barcelona, London and in Montreal!!! I also surfed couches in Paris and Den Haag!

I also hosted a couple of people back in Montreal!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've always been interested in the philosophy of CS and am happy to say that I loved my experience in England and would love to do it again!

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES: I LOVE movies. I have a little collection of my own but it's still not big enough for me. I love to discover new ones so be free to give any suggestions. I have a few favorties like: The Last Kiss, I am Sam, Les Choristes, Freedom Writers and Dead Poets Society!!!Music: I love listening to music but I'm the worst singer or whatever related to producing a sound. I also like to discover new kind of music but I gotta say that I'm more inclined to like Rock music (and everything related to it)! Right now I gotta say I'm more into soft rock... just discovered James Morrison and am absolutely IN LOVE with him... gonna see him in Febuary :)
Books: I like to read but mostly I prefer to talk about the book afterward... and since I don't have much time read and no one to talk about it to... I'm not reading much these days... suggestions anyone?!?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having a teacher tell you that those 2 hours a week you took to teach to that kid in difficulties really helped him... or a parent telling you that, while last year their child didn't want to go to school, he now throws a fit when he can't come to my class :) it's priceless!Going on a trip alone for 6 weeks to get to know myself... and really learning in the process!!! Gotta say that moving on the other side of the ocean is pretty amazing for me as well... and it's just the start ;)
Last amazing experience was to be in a country where I knew nothing of the language and they knew nothing of mine... while seeing traces of bullets from the recent war... feels weird but very good!!! (Sarajevo, Bosnia)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach french... and anything related to elementary school... lol (yeah I'm a teacher in elementary school)!!!
I can also talk about my passions for hours... which mostly are: autism, movies (and theatre) and travel!!!
So I can teach a little... but I really wanna learn!!!
