couch surfing in bologna italy with lara who has been a fantastic hostess and great cook!
Also couchsurfed in Naples with Edourdo
and have hosted folks from Uganda, California, Jamaica, UK, Tennessee, NOLA, Ohio, South Africa
- however some of old system was lost when the site was upgraded

the most amazing opportunity I have had (so far) was a 6 week African - I mentored and taught vegan + vegetarian recipes at a lodge in the gorilla region of Rwanda, got to see the Golden Monkeys in their habit, drove across Namibia with my cousin stopping for every bird siting and animal along the way, Saw incredible sunsets + sunrises, talked to EVERYONE and smiled and was #HAPPY ...everyday was more amazing than the next ...the magnificent animals and beautiful people are beyond words! I felt so connected to LIFE which is exactly what travel opens up for your spirit and soul !
