HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

There has been a severe lack of travel in my life the past 2 years (that warrants finding a suitable host anyway.) I used to host when I lived in Melbourne and have enjoyed all my experiences. I go to meet ups when I have time and am always up for meeting new people, and fun adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Be it partying or just chillin at home, the people I've come in contact with (hosted or non) have been good people with some great stories and experiences to share.

兴趣

long walks on the beach and star gazing..... no really I love to roller skate and roller derby. And rollercoasters!
Good design, and architecture.
Meeting little old ladies in scout halls for crafternoons. They're such funny people to meet, and always have good wares to offer.
Then all those usual things like movies, beer, smelly cheese and wine, frolicking in waves and just plain hanging out..

But to give you an idea; books- most things by haruki murakami, tim winton, paul auster...
music; curretnly listening to sigur ros, amos lee, angus & julia stone, pixies, yeah yeah yeahs, santogold, fleet foxes, the breeders, my morning jacket, the black keys and the list goes on...
movies; where to begin? tim burton, the coen brothers. i love watching films and do so regularly (as i don't have a tv).most of them hold my attention, if not make me think. i'll watch anything really. ok maybe i haven't seen predator vs aliens!

Jumped out of a plane from extremely high up.. you'd be amazed how quiet it is up there.
