ABOUT ME

I finished studying cultural anthropology and i am now working in the field of democratic education.beides i just started studying again:social work. I often feel I actually haven't travelled as much as I wish I had. But AT the Same time I do feel like I had. I think that travelling as well as life in general mostly comes down to getting to know different perspectives. And whenever one joins someone else's perspective on certain issues or life as a whole one is travelling in a sense. In this way every new encounter is potentially a journey with different perspectives, insights, etc. And I think this is the way I have been travelling besides the travels (in the common sense) I have actually done and I'm excited to travel much more in both senses.

Besides that I'm an outgoing, openminded person who loves the outdoors whether it is combined with sporty activities or just enjoying the outdoors by itself. I generally love sports.i Do climbing, I like playing Basketball (though my height doesn't really imply that;)) but I'll give mostly any sport activity a try:) Actually I generally like to try new things (not only sports)it's always good to challenge yourself and in either way it will broaden your horizon.

I love being silly just as much as I like serious discussions on whatever subject it may be.
I consider the world a very valuable place to which we should contribute something within our powers to make it an enjoyable/peaceful place for as many people as possible and to act responsible in as many spheres of life as possible (not only but especially) if you happened to be born in a priviliged country like, I guess, I am. I could do much better, but I think that even little tasks do contribute to a change in the long run.

I surf and host- either one is great.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed couches on Vancouver Island, in Paris, in Chiang Mai(Thailand), in Leiden... and it was always great experience. I still want to intensify both hosting and surfing because I think CouchSurfing is just awesome!
