About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Huzzah! (~Igor, Dork Tower. Go, read it!)

ABOUT ME

Sooo I'm mostly wearing a beard, be it longer or shorter. This is mainly due to me being too lazy to shave on a regular basis, but also because I like it.

Apart from that what is it you might still want to know? I mean, come on! A beard! Huh? HUH?... Umm, yeah, okay...

I'm a geek, computers are a big part of my life, but as you can see, I have travelled Canada (which already is a big part of the world)! So I can't be that nerdy after all, right?

PHILOSOPHY

The golden rule! Act upon others as you yourself wish to be treated.

Life's full of wonders and even if we're down sometimes, it's the special moments we experience that make it worth the hassle!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After having stayed on a multitude of couches in Canada I really feel like giving back to the community now.

Unfortunately my current living conditions do not allow me to actually host anybody. Until this changes (which hopefully will be soon) I would love to show you around our lovely city for a bit, hang out a little and maybe help you out finding a place to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After a bit of a struggle to get into the whole thing I finally made some actual experiences. Very positive ones at that! It's even better than I thought it would be, because I got to know more people and got to see more than I thought I would.

So far everybody has be very caring and I don't expect it to change to be honest.

Interests

Computers, Photography, Gaming (Pen & Paper, PC / Game Boy / old school consoles [SNES / Mega Drive {aka Genesis}]), more or less reading (neglected unfortunately), yup... guess that's that...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie: Monty Python and The Holy Grail. Best. Movie. Ever.

Music: Don't listen much to any certain kind. As long as it's not too loud, not to obstrusive and I don't need to listen to it all day long I'm okay with most things...

Books: Have you read "Just for Fun?" No? Do it. In case you're interested in PCs. Other than that: Dork Tower (do NOT tell me comic books are not proper books!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I might be able to fix your computer one or another way... If that's of some use :D. Also if you're interested in learning some German, or basic French I might teach you something :)!

If you never played any role playing games, like Dungeons & Dragons or the like and we gather enough people, you might join for an adventure! It's one of the best hobbies in the world, honestly!
