I am Tilen, 25y old.
I am a climber, highliner and alpinist, for me, this is no sport, its like lifestyle. Because of my occupation and hobies, I allready traveled allmost all countries of Balkan, and a part of Europe. Mostly with car, a little by hitchiking. I am relaxed person, easy going trough life, avoiding drama :) I really like to meet new people, like to party, listening to all genres of music except Slovenian country music (I've allready heard to much of it!).
At the moment I don't work, because winter is like dead season for working on roofs and expo's, so i have a lot of free time to flee to the nature, and enjoy it, climb it, feel it :)
I like cooking, reading books, visiting new places, festivals (mostly climbing and highlining), helping with house work (tough work is no problem for me, if you need any help!), photography (I work for Slovenian magazine called ˝Scena˝ and ˝rockonnet.com˝ as their photographer) and many other things :)
I play a didgeredoo and a little of guitar, trying to lear whistle and harmonica :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because is cheaper than motels, and much better than sleeping oustside, cause last, is forbidden in a lot of countries and I don't want drama with rangers :)
And it is much better to meet new people, to get new friends, to help each other....

Nejc Zaplotnik - Pot, Haruki Murakami - Norweigan woods, Neil Gaiman - Newerwhere, Art Of War, and a few books written by alpinists around the world. But allmost every day I'm reading climbing guides! :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, there is a few things that seem amazing to me... Well, if you re still reading, assume you feel, that I'm realy into climbing and this...
So, just a few amazing things for me.. Bolting new routes in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Croatia,rigging the super strong line for hammock caravan in canyon Tijesno in Banja Luka, Being on last festival of Monte Piana (I hope it was not last, but all looks like it was :( )...
And I missed the point of this. (Its written ˝one amazing thing i've done˝)
Ok, just one.
Helping Bosnian climbing community to start withe their festival, organising, setting the scene and helping them spreading the love with Drill and Chill festival.

Teach, Learn, Share

Ok, I dont know, if I would be a good teacher, but defenitly i can show a few tricks about slacklining (im not soo god, but im just good, my PR is 250m of longline and aroud 400m of highline...), rigging the slack, rigging the highline, safety in highlining and climbing, rope technique and all conected with alpinism, climbing and slacklining :)
I'd like to learn about photography, about cultures, lifestyle in diffrent countryes, cooking healhy. I'm open minded, so if you have paitince for teaching, you can teach me anything you love, or you're into it. It's never too much knowledge!
I can share... ok, if im a host, I can share anything! My bed, rope, car(Im driving!), kitchen, fireplace, crashpad, instruments... anything, as long you are treating them with care!
But f I'm couchsurfer, i can share only my knowlege, things in my backback and good attitude :) I hope this is enough, i don't have more :D
