ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Till. I've lived abroad for a while, and now I'm back in my hometown of Frankfurt. I love traveling and meeting new people from around the world.

I'm super easy going as a host, but even more so as a guest. I'm very flexible in my plans, always open to suggestions, but just as comfortable exploring on my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was hosting in Bangkok, I had a lot of fun getting to know my guests and showing them around town. I ended up taking them to some places in the city I'd never been myself but I'd always wanted to go.

I've only surfed briefly in Japan, but it was a really good experience.

I like electro and rap. Oh and Bob Dylan.

Ok I'm a bit of a movie snob. My favorite directors include Jim Jarmusch, David Lynch, and Werner Herzog. My favorite series ever is The Wire.

I read a lot of abstract theoretical stuff for university, so I don't feel like reading much fiction. Raymond Carver has provided the most recent exception to this rule.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went cage diving with great white sharks.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I could teach the basics of badminton and how to prepare some Thai dishes. I also know a bit about programming web applications, but who would want to learn that?

I'd love to learn new songs to play on my guitar!
