The only Tilyou on CS, and probably the only one you will ever meet! Described by some as having an old soul, I tend to be on the quiet side, but I enjoy having a good laugh. Easy to please, impossible to offend or embarrass. Just going with the flow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To surf on couches! To have good times with good people in good places. Unfortunately, I do not have a physical residence to share with anyone, but if/when I get one everyone will be more than welcome.

Interests

Being outside and a part of nature. Traveling. Music (see below) and playing guitar. Tattoos. Eating food. Chilling, hanging out, and relaxing. Sitting oceanside because I love the water. Experiencing cultures and places. Meeting new people. Living life with no worries.

Bob Marley is all I need. Every other genre is tied for second. In no particular order: Guns N Roses, Jack Johnson, Muse, Alicia Keys, AC/DC, B.B. King, Rihanna, Tyga, The Eagles, 30 Seconds to Mars, Bob Dylan, Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley, Zac Brown Band, Demi Lovato, Mayday Parade, Motley Crue, Go Radio, Sublime, My Chemical Romance, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dropkick Murphys, 2Pac, Macklemore, Green Day, Avenged Sevenfold, A Day to Remember, Gorillaz, Ray Charles, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Shinedown, the list goes on.

Haven't watched a lot of movies recently. Everything Star Wars, Johnny Depp, Sylvester Stallone, and Miyazaki. The Lion King, The Dark Knight, Tears of the Sun, The Last Samurai, Saving Private Ryan, The Great Escape, The Big Lebowski, Castaway, all the Toy Story's, Drive, I Am Legend, Rescue Dawn, End of Watch, and Guardians of the Galaxy.

I do enjoy a good book though: everything by Ernest Hemingway, Stephen King, J.R.R. Tolkien, Cormac McCarthy, Edgar Allen Poe, and Robert Frost. Some other favorites include The Great Gatsby, Catch-22, The Stranger, 1984, War of the Worlds, A Clockwork Orange, Robinson Crusoe, and The Alchemist.

I'm horrible at teaching, but I'll give it my best shot. Whatever it may be I'd be happy to help. I love to learn. I like to soak up knowledge about all different topics. I'm sure we can swap enough stories to make up for my lack of teaching skills. We can always be both teachers and students.
