In august we're going back to Aurélie's place in Paris, France and also to Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT US

We're both 25 years old and we're living in Nijmegen.

Aurélie is from Paris, France and Tim is from Nijmegen, The Netherlands. We both love to travel and meet new people and other cultures. Aurélie loves art (theater, movies, paintings, photography) and sports (volleyball, judo, handball, tennis, swimming) and Tim loves sports (football, tennis, athletics, darts) and tv (movies, series).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW WE PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Aurélie did a lot of Couchsurfing when she was traveling in Canada and the United States. Together we didn't do a lot. We couldn't host people for a long time, because our place was too small. But now we live in a bigger house, we would love to host Couchsurfers who wants to see something of Nijmegen!

Our general interests are watching movies and tv-series and discover a lot of this world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Films : We watch a lot of movies together. Tim is a big fan of Tom Hanks and we have all of his movies at home. We also have a great Disney-collection, because those movies are still great! We watch also a lot of French movies.

Tv-series that we watched are: Friends, Dexter, How I Met Your Mother, Game of Thrones, Grey's Anatomy and Lost.

Music : Most of the time we listen to pop-music and also music from the 60's/70's/80's. But also French music is an option.

Books : Aurélie loves to read books of Stephen King, and Tim needs to read a lot of books for his profession as a Dutch teacher.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Aurélie loved her trip in Thailand and all the people she met in all the little villages she visited.

For Tim, the difference between the poor and the rich part in Izmír, Turkey was a real eye-opener for me.
