I've recently moved back to England after a long time travelling. I'm friendly, easy going, like music, pubs, wine, eating, cooking, the great out doors, the great indoors, films, instruments, all types of waves, david attenborough and SPACE.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a spare room that I'm not using as I'm waiting to start renovating the whole apartment. I've recently moved to brighton and my life can be a bit solitary as I work from home. Would be nice to have some other humans around, so I don't have to get a cat.

Music of most shapes and sizes but mainly alternative/indie, old school hiphop, Electro and DnB. If you like Radiohead, Nick drake or Elliot Smith you get 100 points. I can't deal with minimal house. Sorry.

Movies - anything intense, quirky or lovely. I like French films, Studio Ghibli, James Bond, Fight club, High Fidelity, Drive, Little Miss Sunshine, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, In Bruges, Wes Anderson, Tarantino, The Matrix (1) ANYTHING with Robin Williams, including and especially Aladdin.

Books - again will cheerfully read most things, but Sci Fi, Fantasy, Ian M Banks, Neil Gaiman, Robbin Hobb, C. S. Lewis and Philip Pullman.
