Overview
About Me
I'm a Montréal, QC based musician and teacher who splits time between Québec and the west coast. I moved to across the country in the summer of 2014 to get a change of scenery and figure out whether I wanted to play music for the rest of my life. As luck would have it, I do and Montréal provides the perfect place to do so.
I have just recently returned home from the longest journey of my life so far, travelling from Montreal to Argentina by motorcycle.
The travel bug bit me hard after a trip to Australia in 2009 and since then I've been able to see extensive amounts of North and South America, Asia and Australia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have covered over 100000 kilometres by land, sea and air and in that time I have come to realize the importance of interacting with as many people as possible while traveling. I have always managed to explore on the cheap and I feel as though almost anyone can benefit from doing the same if they are resourceful. Staying with hosts and hosting myself is a wonderful way to meet people from all over the world and share in the experience of hospitality and companionship.

Music, Movies, and Books
If I were to list how much music I consume and try to pick out my favourites it would take days! I would love to talk music in person though as I'm sure I will have a band or artist in common with just about anyone.
I really don't watch that many movies and because of that my list of "must watch" films keeps growing by the day! At some point I will have to try to tackle some of the titles in that list.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
How about 3?
I have ridden a motorcycle across North America from coast to coast and down to the bottom of Argentina
I have played across Canada on several tours
I have paddled a canoe alongside a pod of migrating killer whales in the Gulf Islands of BC
Teach, Learn, Share
I am always happy to talk music or jam with anyone.
I am also happy to talk and share knowledge of any of my interests listed above. At the same time I am very open to learning from others.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Music, pictures and stories along with advice on a range of subjects. I can cook a wide range of meals and would be happy to cook for any host. I will also pitch in with cleaning if needed and I can always pitch for beers!
