I recently graduated with a degree in adolescence education - Physics, which means I am a certified Physics and general science teacher for 7-12th grade (secondary school). I am studying at UCC in Cork, Ireland for the next year to obtain a Master's in Sustainable Energy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to CS, but so far it has gone well. I met some great new people. Since I am traveling through Europe alone at the moment I would use all the help meeting new and interesting people as I can. While traveling I would like to see things typical tourists do not see, I.e. local hotspots and activities in and outside of the cities and towns I visit.
When I return home I hope to begin to get involved in hosting. So far I've enjoyed meeting new and different types of people on my travels. I would also like to be able to share my city with other travelers who come through.

Interests

I love all sports(I play rugby), traveling, hiking, all types of movies. I enjoy parties, bars or even just hanging around home with friends playing games and enjoying music. I love the water and water sports although I don't live too close to anything of decent size. New adventures, especially in new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all types of music. It really depends on my mood and the situation. Hanging out and relaxing = country, altrock, classic rock
Party and dancing= hip-hop,rap, r and b, some house on the right day
The always good = 90s Pop anything from the 90s-2010
And Disney!

Movies, there are way too many to list off, so shortly. Not huge on horror or gore. I love comedy and action/adventure movies.

Books, well probably should read more than I do, but if I can get into it, the genre doesn't matter.
