I'm a Bee Keeper and Owner/operator of Hawaii Bee Co. I started the company 10 years ago when moving to the island. I have 12 products and always share! :)
I Love meeting new people, especially ones that like to talk and share life. I'm very easy going, respectful and enjoy seeing people enjoy life. For whatever reason, its extremely fulfilling when someone feels safe enough to share their hurts, scares and burdens no matter how heavy they are but of course, Its also pretty awesome to hear the good stuff: hopes, dreams, passions etc. I'm always looking for deep mutually fulfilling friendships or anything mutually beneficial (new territory, see below). I'm an open book, affectionate (but usually keep that to myself) and wear my heart on my sleeve. I Love God, his word and all people and their own beliefs. There's not a judgmental fiber in me. We’re all human and believe no ones better than another and all have done stupid stuff somewhere in life and maybe still do :)
I've constantly been told my whole life that I'm very intuitive and empathetic but didn't think much of it. Recently I decided to research about it and been realizing the extent of it and its only grown my passion for people! Its like I get to really be in peoples shoes and feel what they feel. There's nothing greater to me than to understand and relate to where someones coming from and feel their passion or carry their burdens.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've hosted people so long because I love it! Now, I want to see what its like to be on the other end.
The last several years, I've had Woofers (work trades) continually helping on the farm in exchange for food, shelter and a car when available (see my Instagram above). I love community, sharing life and opening up my home and making people feel welcome and cared for. I've always wanted to try being the guest and see what it’s like but haven't had the time until now. I just got out of a 20 year relationship and feel like I'm 20 again! So its exciting to just get out and meet good people. I've been a bit of a hermit for so long and couch surfing sounded like a great way to meet people and get out more.

I’m a bee keeper and always share honey, honeycomb, lip balm, soap ect.
I would love to teach or share anything about bees and all they produce.
I have many stories of past adventures, traveling and starting home businesses.
If someone is interested, I really enjoy helping people to make good decisions and see other creative options for their life, especially if they feel stuck and have a hard time making a change.
