I'm an easy going laid back Canadian. I love music, local food, nature and a good night out. Currently living in Tokyo.

P.S As a Chef I am always excited to both learn new culinary skills and cultural cuisine, as I am to share my knowledge with others, and teach people to cook in any style or culture I am familiar with!

In Bruges, Seven Psychopaths, and Withnail and I, are a few of my favorite films. My list of favorite musicians is far too long to list, but some of my all time favorites are Tom Waits, The Pogues, The Devil Makes Three, so and and so on. I am not much of a reader, but a few of my favorite reads have been Cats Cradle, And the Ass Saw the Angel, and On the Road.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stood in the middle of the Amazon rain forest and took in the sights, smells, and sounds of this great untamed wilderness!
