Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met a schoolmate who is a member of Couchsurfing. Then i think it is great to meet new people so i joined.In this three years, i met many people from all around the world and most of them are very nice. My home is very small but if anyone has difficulty with finding a host, maybe i can help.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a member for ten years I host twice but I have more experience in surfing. So far i have been visited 79 /245 countries and regions.

Interests

My interest is traveling. Other that traveling,I like cooking and eating.I also like volunteering,watching dramas and films.

Music, Movies, and Books

Haha, i seldom read book.But i do love music. I like Katy Perry very much. I like USA,Japan ,Thai Pop music, I can show you Hong Kong Cantonese music which is very good. I also like watching eurovision because i like listening different countries music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2012,i cooked a lunch for about 100 children in the orphanage in Cambodia which is very hard to prepare for so many kids.

In 2014 summer, i traveled three and a half months to 3 continents, 17 countries. Most of the time i did couchsurfing and met lots of new friends and i did sky dive in Queentown,New Zealand. One of the best experience so far.

In 2015 summer, I traveled again for two months and 8 countires in Amercia.

In 2016 summer, I travelled for 3 months in South Asia and South East Asia as my graduation trip and I won a trip to Australia.

In 2017 summer, I went to North Korea,the last communist countries I had visited.I also set up a traveling page on Facebook called The Poor Traveler.

In 2018, I worked as a tour leader which can allow me traveling more places.

In 2020, I went to Balkans countries for 20 days.

In 2021~2022 under covid time, I can still travel 26 European countries.

In 2023, I travel to Japan for two months and try to go every provinces in Japan.

In 2023-2024, I will travel Central America, Caribbean and South America for half year.

I am learning Japanese and Thai and Spanish now.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live with my parent and one little brother. As you know, HK apartments are
so small so I can only offer a couch for you. But dont worry about the food because my mum cooked some awesome Chinese food every night.
