I'm outgoing and friendly. I love to have a good time whether it be sitting around playing cards or going out on the town. Always eager to tell a joke and share a laugh. I really enjoy other people's company and like to entertain.

PHILOSOPHY

To be tolerant and accepting of everyone I meet even if I don't agree with them and to encourage people to do the same. I'm always working on improving myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first experience couch surfing. The closest I've come before this would be when I stayed with a host family in XiangShang China for a week.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite authors are Chuck Palahniuk, Neil Stevenson, John Irving, and David Sedaris. My favorite directors are Wes Anderson, Stanley Kubrik, Quentin Tarantino, the Coen Brothers, and Martin Scorcese. Anything with a griping plot and good directing and acting. As for music I'll listen to just about anything but mainstream pop and country, but I'm a metal head at heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling mainland China and seeing some of the oldest structures and temples on earth. Going to music festivals and seeing my favorites bands play in such a laid back atmosphere with like-minded people. Hiking the Appalachian mountains and gazing miles away.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to talk about movies and authors, discuss philosophy. I can play piano and drums a little. Would love to learn Mandarin Chinese. I think I pick it up quick but I haven't studied much yet.
