Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Over the last 8 months I have traveled the U.S. playing disc golf tournaments in big cities, small towns, in the east and the west, north and south. The best part of my travels has been meeting all types of extraordinary people, generous enough to open their homes to a complete stranger. Now I have good friends of all ages and many different interests, all across the country!

Interests

Disc Golf- I play professional disc golf and I love it! 2015 was my first touring season and 2014 was my first pro season. I am sponsored by one of the leading disc manufacturers called Discraft.

I love music- listening playing writing and recording. Artists like Sufjan Stevens, Paul Simon, Radiohead, Andrew Bird, Bob Marley. Disc Golf is my favorite sport! Hiking and nature, exploring. I like studying people and how they operate.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled the country for 8 months playing disc golf tournaments!

My oldest brother and I did a roadtrip through Utah parks and the grand canyon. We camped out in epic spots every night and didn't stay at a regular campground once! Near the end of the trip we visited Canyonlands. We arrived in the evening and I was just blown away by the beauty of the place. Once again, we camped with an excellent view.

Similar to the Utah trip, a few friends and I visited the John Day area in Oregon and did an amazing amount of adventuring in 3 days at Painted Hills, Blue Basin, and Clarno.
