Fun loving and laid back is how I like to describe myself. I enjoy the outdoors, intellectual conversation, craft beers, and red wine. Army veteran as well. I'm a self-proclaimed sci fi geek. Love Star Trek and lots of other sci fi. I like history and historical places. Love learning about new cultures and experiencing new things.

I have yet to couchsurf, I usually end up in an Airbnb. That said, I'm not here to save money or travel cheaply. I'd love to meet a host that can hang out and explore with me. So far I'm mostly gone to couchsurfing events and hung out with fellow travelers. Which has proven to be pretty awesome.
