About Me

They say that people who are about to face the end of their life always regret not the things they have done, but the things they haven't done. They wish they would have traveled more, would be more open to uncertainty, have met more people, shared more and accepted more from others.

Through studying, travelling and working as a physiotherapist I understood that we never know what will happen next. Sometimes life goes as expected and sometimes not. Past have already happened and future is not promised. It is easy to get engulfed by routine, to get stuck in 9 to 5 trying to catch up with the rhythm of a speeding life, work all week to party at the weekends and party at the weekends to catch up with life that we miss out while working. The truth is it is only one of the many ways of living, which is good as long as it makes you happy and you keep moving forward, but as soon as you get stuck in it, it is important to realize that there are many different ways of living which one can get to know through traveling. The only moment we actually have is now, this is why I pack my stuff and go whenever I have a possibility. Leaving the comfort zone, getting out of the routine and engaging the environment shapes your mindset into mindful, fearless and open to everything that can happen. This attitude persists long after traveling, and the benefits of it are clearly seen in everyday life even long after you return. It is a school which can teach to adapt and get the best out of given situation.

Briefly about me: I was born in a happy family of 7 children, and I believe that hard work and kindness are the key to success. I love reading, since all the knowledge is in the books, and I love sports since it teaches not to give up when times are hard.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because every person we meet, leaves a footprint in our lives. Our personalities are formed by experiences and experiences are most often interactions with other people. By Couchsurfing I have a possibility to meet people who are willing share their home with a stranger. This fact is already the strongest predictor of how great these people are and how much I can learn from them. These are the people from who I want to have inputs in my personality.
