ABOUT ME

Moved to New Zealand upon graduation from University. I'm here for a year to ski, climb, surf, mountaineer, backpack, and not run out of money....

Brought a cargo bike (xtracycle) with me to use as my means of transport to explore New Zealand. Upon return to California next year I plan to bag some peaks in the eastern sierra, find a sweet job doing science in the wilderness, and go to graduate school for Ecology or Oceanography.

Two years ago I sailed a 130ft Brigantine 4500 nautical miles for 50 days from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to Papeete, Tahiti.
