About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To help unite the world.

ABOUT ME

I am leaving sydney to travel the world and engage with people who are passionate about change. I want to see what is happening, I want to feel what I have read about, heard about and imagined the world to be. I love Burkowski, Harry Belafonte, Zizek and Fat Freddys Drop.

PHILOSOPHY

Tomorrow we could get hit by a bus.
We feel what is right and wrong.
Never try and hurt someone.
Pessimism of the intellect, optimism of the will.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meet people, talk to people, listen to people, read, watch movies (love the danish film 'after the wedding'), teach, learn, dance, and play.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

From years of sharing houses with family, partners and friends I know the importance of cleaning up after yourself, looking after each other and always caring for your environment.

Interests

People, politics, social change, Poetry, music, stand-up comedy, tea, whisky, looking at art- but never really understanding it, surfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

How could you even start??? 1984, Down and Out in London and Paris and all other Orwell; Chompsky; Kafka; The Beach; Gabriel Garcia Marquez; smoking cigarettes... ; coffee; any and all forms of communication and entertainment and forced consideration!!! Musically I take time to catch up with everybody else so I'm still working my way through the 1970s with dub-step and radical hip-hop as momentary modern breaks.... Does any of that make sense?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've succeeded in surviving against all of the odds for 27 years and counting... I've stood on the top of an active volcano and thrown rocks into the crater.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can juggle 3 balls, trying to learn 4. I've previously been able to play 4 songs on guitar, though now I have forgotten most. I can speak a little Spanish and less German/French. I can cook. I can drink red wine and talk... I want to share and learn everything.
