Hi,

I'm Tim, I was born on the 8th of October 1991. I'm an instrument builder. I play cello from when I was 6, played piano for 6 years, and occasionally pick up the bass guitar.

I love to see the world, see as many countries, cities as possible and meet friendly and good people. I like to do exciting adrenaline-pumping stuff, but enjoy a long good conversation aswell. It's all about keeping the balance, and enjoying every moment of it!

As an instrument maker I think I stumbled upon something that could change the way instruments are made around the world. So if you're interested in that you can always ask me, if not just tell me to shut up about it. I'm fine with that :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live on a flat right in the centre of Ghent with my girlfriend and as I have enough place, I want to help people who, like me, want to see the world, but don't have much money available for it, or who want to meet nice people.

I can host 2 people easily, more is possible but then it gets a bit tight!

I would like to visit other cities and meet other people aswell doing so.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled through Porto (Portugal) and Lanzarote (Canarian Islands) with a friend just taking a tent and some clothes. We didn't stay at any hotel, brothel or camping. We did a trip through Romania, Hungary, Finland and Poland with couchsurfing, it was allot of fun, we met some really nice people.
