I was born in Ireland and raised on red wine and dusty books in France. 

I'm a bohemian at heart. I wander through life, at times amazed by beauty and symmetry, at times intrigued by the dark and profane. I'm passionate about music, art and literature. 

I'm one of those lucky people who loves their job, even though it takes up a lot of my time. When I'm not busy with work, I love to write, take photographs, cook, hike, explore cities and meet new people... or stay inside with a book and ponder on life's great mysteries, with a glass of wine or a cup of steaming tea.

I'm really interested in learning about cultures from all over the world and to get to know people of any age, gender and sexual orientation. 

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I originally joined to organize English-speaking events in the French Town of. Troyes but now I've moved close to Strasbourg.
