ABOUT ME
I'm an English guy loving living in Melbourne (since 2012) and now I'm on another mini-adventure.
I love learning everything and anything, experiencing music 'out in the wild', philosophical & psychological chats, learning swing dancing & making friends to keep.
Self employed creating music festivals & digital experiences, with a ton of stuff thats getting me crazy excited : Music, Festivals, Tech, Psychology, Education, Entrepreneurship, Adventure... Can't get enough.
I'm always up for meeting new people, having fun, listening to some great music, learning something new and generally enjoying life..... Chats, concerts & adventures are much more my style than nightclubs, endless parties or
PHILOSOPHY
Have fun, stay open minded, never stop learning, try my best to find solutions to mine and others problems whilst striving to hurt as few people as possible.... Never be ashamed of your ideals and respect others may be different.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've made some incredible friends through Couchsurfing, been to some amazing events in Melbourne (Especially the Couchsurfing Massage Exchange), closed the loop (had a couchsurfer then stayed with them in Pensacola).
Admittedly I haven't hosted recently as I've been a lil nomadic or with housemates who weren't particularily open to the option.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Great CS experiences surfing briefly in Melbourne, Shanghai & Russia & hosted a couple of incredible people in Melbourne.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:- honestly anything & everything, but everyone knows thats not an answer.
Favorite Genres would have to be Acoustic/folk, Indie and Alt Rock but definitely not limited to that. Big fan of bands like Bon Iver, Radiohead, , Show of Hands, Lumineers, Mumford and Sons. Not a big Metal or Acid Trance fan.
Movies- I try to watch alot of films, firm favorites: Blow, Shawshank Redemption, Memento,
Books: big fan of Fantasy but recently just been reading recomendations to 'broaden my horizons' Favs include: All Raymond E Feists books, The Dark Tower series by Steven King, Clockwork Orange, Perido Street Station by China Mellvile
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cavern diving in Mexico, no fish but just an indescribably magical experience.
A series of short hikes in Antarctica.
Watching Bon Iver play.. just emotional
Watching Jonsi play.. crazily emotionally driven music with amazing visuals
Teach, Learn, Share
Always a big fan of exchanging stories, Opinions and music, books and film recommendations.
Currently on the hunt for something to teach...
