ABOUT ME

I'm a friendly open minded guy, who loves music, delicious food and sports. Grown up in a small village in Germany and started a soccer career at the club Hannover 96.
I did my B.Sc. in Psychology and now I'm studying my master in Motology and giving courses in Life Kinetik. It's a brain training program combined with gentle movements and a lot of fun!

I started couchsurfing seven years ago and had many great experiences, as a surfer as well as a host.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Beeing in the senior squad of Hannover 96 at a 1st Division Bundesliga Game and participating two times in a training game against the French and against the Argentinian Soccer National Team.
Another amazing thing was to participate at the Confest Festival in Australia and doing 10-day Vipassana Meditation Retreats as well as going into silence and darkness for 6 days in a cabin in the Czech Republic.
