Why I love travelling? :
When travelling, I’m not only hunting excitement and experience, nor stuff for sharing. I try to dive fully in all situations, and renew, develop myself from the experiences and discoveries in a way, that a new ‘myself’ is returning from each trip. Heraclitus said: "No man ever steps in the same river twice", and I when enriched by all the new impressions, do not need to leave the everyday life, in order to fell, that I already did all that.

Why I love being a host: when I was in a foreign countrey for a while I was always extremly surprised, when the locals couldn' tell me exact details about the surrounding history of monuments, give me cultural tips, where to go, where is the best...etc. But when I was in the same situation I've realized that I dont know my own town (Budapest I am living here for 5 years) either and I couldn't answer the same questions..Then I've decided I need to change it and became aware what I've got. In this aim my former surfers helped a lot, because with them I ,,made myself" to feel like a tourist and wonder around the same routes I know and discover new thing after years.
About surfing: When I am preparing myself for a journey I feel that I am ,,paralized" from the variety of possibilities, I am overwhelmed with information from I cant really select.. Even if I choose some program I cant be sure that ,,Could I got the ,,soul" of the city/of that countrey, is it that like?" That is why I think being a surfer with a local host can give you the proper ,,glasses" to see through and get known the others culture.
