ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going, friendly, fun-loving guy originally from Nelson, New Zealand, now based in Wellington, New Zealand.
Interests
I'm a keen musician, I play guitar and sing, and also dabble in bass and percussion. I've been playing with a number of Wellington-based bands over the last 6 or so years, the most notable being vintage reggae big-band: Newtown Rocksteady (www.facebook.com/newtownrocksteady), others include Congolese percussion maestro Sam Manzanza's Afrobeat Band, and Cuban reggaeton MC Jinetero MC's live band: Los Jineteros. I also perform solo as 'Merlin Webster' and with my own psychedelic rock/folk/blues/reggae/country band, The Merlin Webster Experience (www.facebook.com/MerlinWebsterExperience).
