ABOUT ME

I have grown up in eastern part of Finland and moved to Lappeenranta in 2010 where I earned my M.Sc. I finished my exchange study period in New Zealand in spring 2013 and in the summer of 2013 I worked as a research trainee in Jyväskylä and I had a student exchange for my Master degree in Germany in the winter 2013/2014. After graduating and working in Finland for 2 years, I am now working in Graz, Austria (sort of work exchange). I like to travel, do sports and meet new people. I am pretty curious person and I enjoy having conversations in all the languages I know :)

I have been couchsurfing in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Belgium and Germany.

Interests

My main hobby in Finland used to be icehockey and floorball. Nowadays I enjoy also hiking, badminton and snowboarding. I like spending time in nature. I am also interested in technology and business, therefore I am eager to make contacts in that area as well. Besides I just bought my first digital SLR camera so I am also into taking photos. Tasty food and drink in a good company is also high on my list.
