About Me

--EDIT: This description is a bit old, it is due a refresh but I'll do that when I have the time! ;)

I like to think I am an honest guy, wanting to meet new people, fascinated about life itself and what it means to be living. Currently studying a subject I like but to be honest, not sure if it's going to be the thing I would love to do all of my life.
I love listening to people. I love hearing their stories. Hearing what they've been through and what they've learned.

I love our Planet. I cherish it every day. Maybe not through all of my actions but I am working on it. I want to enjoy living. I want to see our World, and not only see it, but learn to love it. I know how it sounds... but its true. Right now I am writing from my heart and I don't care what you are thinking :D

And now some more formal information, I was born in Satu Mare and moved to Timisoara when I was 1 year old. I live with my parents for now we are 8 people in our house. Got two brothers and two adopted sisters. And if you wonder who's the eighth person - that's my grandma. I study Informatics in Timisoara and I am working at Continental Corporation - started 8h per day in the vacation and now 4h - for about 7 months now. To be honest, I don't really like the corporate environment. And only now I am starting to realize that I am more of a nature and people type of guy.
Love being alone in the heart of the nature. Love the silence and the peace that nature can have.
Currently learning to love more. I believe that's something we all must do as humans on this amazing planet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hmm.. For a really long period I just had an Couchsurfing account. That's it. I had lots of plans on using it to travel. But I didn't. I stayed home and only dreamed about it. But I feel like that's it. I plan on seeing the world. At least Romania, then starting with Europe. Why I'm on Couchsurfing you ask me now? To get help from other amazing people around this world to travel, see, experience and live this amazing life that I have. And why not, when I can, I would gladly return this favor and help others do the same.

Interests

--EDIT: This description is a bit old, it is due a refresh but I'll do that when I have the time! ;)

Maybe its a cliche ... maybe not. I don't care honestly. My biggest interest - at least for now - is to travel, discover, experience and live my life. I know maybe from the things I've done so far it doesn't look like I am true to myself, and to be honest, yes - I know maybe I have not done so much in this direction so far. But I feel like my heart and passion is filling up day by day with all these dreams, images, ideas, and someday its going to explode and I will start doing them one by one. I do hope that day comes fast because I can't take it anymore.

Music, Movies, and Books

Jazz. All types of jazz, even that type of jazz which is not for everyone - if you love jazz too, you know what I mean. Also Soul music and R&B/Soul.
The pursuit of Happiness - this is one of my favorite ones, but I believe that if I would think a lot harder I will find another couple movies I love. Like Interstellar for example, or Tommy Boy (I think I've watched Tommy Boy like 20 times at least since I was a kid :))) ).

The power of the present - Eckhart Tolle
Game of Thrones - of course :D :D :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in highschool, I remember I was just walking towards a seminar - I believe it was "21 Ways to Grow your Business" - and I saw a homeless man in a wheelchair. That same man staying in that wheelchair I remembered seeing him a couple more times and I was in a moment where I felt amazing. I felt extremely happy and positive and I though: "You know what? If I am feeling so great, why don't I try make this man's day great also?" So that's exactly what I did. I went to him and told him that I remembered him because I saw him a couple times throughout the year and I wanted to help him. So I went to a supermarket with him and bought him a lot of food and just gave it to him - I remember even asking him if he had some preferences and he was like speechless and didn't know what to think... It felt amazing, and it feels amazing even now while I am writing it. I don't know - one of the best feelings in the world I get while helping others in need. I don't care how it sounds, but for me, its the truth.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people music. I love music and playing it.
I guess if someone wants I think of myself pretty good with English, so if anyone wants to "solidifies" his or her English abilities, I could more than gladly help you.
What I can share? From experiences I've been through to lessons I've learned to ideologies I have.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Skills, even services (I can help if there are some technical issues like computers, web-related, software) but not just that.
I can also help you with transport around Timisoara (I have a small old car that I use).
FOOD - my mom loves to cook and has many great recipes!
I have some great stories I can talk about, great challenges that I've been and some of them still going through - there are people out there that I believe I can at least encourage them.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Germany, Italy, Romania, Serbia

Countries I’ve Lived In
