About Me

CURRENT MISSION

spreading warmth, fun and peace when i come around. Avoiding stress and keep smiling to others :-D

ABOUT ME

3 pictures to describe me best:

"If you don´t know where you are going, any road will lead you there..." I am a rover!

nature and sports is what keeps me alive; I am a climbingfreak!

i am physiotherapist, with all my commitment ;)

People are what's moving me. And I move people. I am physiotherapist ;) I think i can empathise to individual characters very well, and adapt to their personality. I like to talk, and even more to listen and giving my opinion. I am a good soul, smiling a lot, see the positve side in everything and love to give free hugs! If you bring a smile, it defineftly will return. And if I got a good day, it is impossible to get me out of my balance! ;)

Nature and Sports are really important to me, i love to be outside, especially in the mountains, but as well on the beach, seaside or just in the park. I am rock-climbing lunatic, mostly sportsclimbing and mutlipitching, little boulder.

I love to walk on the street and to sing loudly (although i sing reeeeealy bad!), or do whatever comes up to my mind! Life is gift, and i live it. I love to dance in the living room, or when I am cooking, dancing relaeses a lot of energy!

A Go-Pro-Videoclip about my trip and all the crazy shit i did in Southamerica:

PHILOSOPHY

Yesterday is history, the future is a mystery, today is a gift. Thats why it´s called "present"!

Feel the love, give it, enjoy it, live it. Inspire!

Peace and Love

every smile will return

your happiness has got only ONE parameter: your expectations

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When i am travelling i am couchsurfing, and when i am home, i am hosting couchsurfers. So, all the time. hosting and surfing :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Summer 2008, i did a hitchhiking Trip down to Portugal.

I travelled with Kathi down there, over one month!

John was our first, great host, and we also met David in Lausanne :)

We had a stop in Barcelona at James. This was my best CS-experience ever. I shared his flat with Mark and Libby, Martin, Sajjad, Paddy, Nicholas, AAAANNNNDDD LAST BUT NOT LEAST BEN and SID, this to funny guys! o_O not to forget approximatly 5 other Couchsurfers at the same time, but i didn´t got their contacts :/ it was amazing!

On the way hitchhiking through spain we lived like gods 3 days with Silvia, this amazing nice and cute womam!

Then we arrived at 9 pm at Lisboa and didnot have a host. We could contact funny Puneet via Skype and he saved our asses out of nowhere.

In Ericeira i learned surfing. Fortunatly, my teacher and my hosts have been the same persons. We had party nearly every day with Alex and Andre !!!

Back to Lisboa we where that lucky even to get a host. And then this guy! We felt like home with Neimar.

While partying in Bairro Alto in Lisboa André saved a drunken guy out of troubles and had a bed for him! Thx for that man!

Finally we have been one night at Cristina before we were heading south.

In Setúbal, Mario showed us the best blackberries and amazing beaches, shared his music library and grilled amazing good fishes.

Summer 2009, i did a hitchhiking Trip over Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece to Turkey.

In zagreb, i was hosted by Tomislav, and his flatmate Marin.

I could not find a host on the whole croatian and montenegrian seaside. :((

2 nights in Podgorica, including an amazing day barbequing on the riverside with Sasa, and his girlfriend.

I did not write requests to Tirana, but was lucky to met and be hosted by non-CS Eliane, from Switzerland.

Arriving at midnight, i dropped into greek culture and spent 3 amazing days with Panos, and his flatmate Aris.

My ass was saved with a last minute couch from Antonio, who as a such an infectious laughter :-D

Finally i arrived in Istanbul at 2:30am and was still picked up by pardygirl Lisya and surfed her couch 3 nights longs.

Not enought from Istanbul, i stayed 3 more nights at open-hearted Elif and had an amazing time together with the czech guys.

Glad to meet Lisa i travelled with her and surfed her tent floor twice ;-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you how to unicycle, play volleyball or how to do rockclimbing. I could show you some simple breakdance moves, but in fact my breakdance-career is some years ago, so i am afraid my performance will be terrible :D
Cooking is one of my hobbies, so if you are interested in that, i could share my experiments with you ;)
Of course i´ll share my knowledge about physiotherapy, so if you are interested in that kind of study/profession, come along. You might get a treatment for free, if i get a diner as exchange for that, hehehe :D

Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Macedonia, Montenegro, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom
