I recently quit my full-time job at a marketing agency and decided to go for a stroll on this beautiful Earth of ours! I love meeting new and foreign souls who can trade stories and life experiences with me. Humility and learning is the name of the game! One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Earlier this year, I did a 10 day silent meditation retreat called Vipassana, back home in Toronto, Canada. It was a phenomenal and centering experience. I have since sought to incorporate
meditation more often in my daily life!
