I am a young energetic New Zealander trying my best to understand this crazy world we live in by travelling as much as I can. Having lived in New Zealand my whole life, my exposure to other countries has been rather limited, which makes my explorations all the more exciting!
Back home I am a music teacher and an outdoor education instructor- sharing my knowledge with children and helping them to discover new things about themselves is something I am very passionate about.
I studied a music degree in both classical performance and composition- music is a huge part of my life.
I love and live the outdoors. Anything from canyoning, white water kayaking, rock climbing and tramping, to surfing, football, tennis, or just a good walk in the park are things that I will do for as long as my body lets me, if not longer.

Im not gonna lie, I’m on Couchsurfing because free stuff is the best, whether its me providing the free accomodation or being lucky enough to spend a free night while travelling. I think Couchsurfing attracts the best kind of people, with open hearts and friendly smiles, and to meet these people is a privilege :)

Anything adventurous and active, I’m also a musician, playing many instruments including guitar, piano and violin.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have sailed 10 days across the Pacific Ocean in a small yacht from New Zealand to Vanuatu!
