ABOUT ME

I'm a very closed-minded, boring person who has no interest whatsoever in broadening my horizons, experience new things, or learning about other people's way of life.

Seriously though...
I'm a nice person and all that jazz. Last year I decided to quit my job, move out of my apartment and travel the world. So far I've made it half way and decided to stop and chill for a while in the lovely city of Sydney :)

I previously spent four months travelling around South America, which was awesome! At some point I'm planning to hit the road again and do some more travelling around Australia, New Zealand and Asia, but for now I'm staying in Sydney, and would love to meet some cool friendly people here.

PHILOSOPHY

I have no idea where I'm going, but I'm trying to make the journey there as fun and interesting as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to meet interesting, fun people here, learn new things and about different cultures. Unfortunately I can't really host at my current place (though I definitely plan to when I’m back home) but I'd be happy to share my limited knowledge of the city with people who are new here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed when I was in Peru. I've been to a few events and met up with a few people I've met through the website.

Teach, Learn, Share

I learned some Spanish whilst in South America (though not as much as I'd hoped!) and I’d love to have a chance to practice and learn more. I am, of course, willing to reciprocate with helping people with their English. I’m always looking to improve myself and learn new skills and knowledge, and am more than happy to teach people in any way that I can. I would love to improve my guitar playing. I work as a TV/Film editor, so if anyone wants to learn about film-making or video stuff, that would be an area I could be of assistance :)
