To plant the earth a new lung this tree-planting season, then maybe Burning Man, maybe Shambhala, maybe Bangkok, maybe music school...too many possibilities.

Born in Toronto, moved to small town South Africa at the age of six. Now I am back (Canada) to see what opportunities arise and also to see how many wacky musicians I can make music with.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I add a great vibe to any situation. I feel I have a great story to tell and I am keen on hearing other people's stories. I have a couch for someone keen on traveling to small town South Africa in the town of Nylstroom - now known as Modimolle.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music genres - Jazz; Electronic (be it trance/down-tempo/trip-hop/drum&bass); Blues; Opera - I could type the entire day...every genre has both good and bad.

Movies - Fight Club; Django Unchained; Glengarry Glen Ross; Evil Dead (standard procedure)

Books - anything by Oscar Wilde, Stephen King, Lawrence Hill...I also read anything pertaining to music gear - amp voltages etc get my blood pumping, lol.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit a comfy sales job in Markham (Canada's Silicon Valley) to live in a tent for three months and plant trees.

People who open up easily and want to share their story - some people struggle to share info about themselves. I want to hear stories from anyone who has been to music festivals I have and have not been to.
