CURRENT MISSION

In the summer holiday I will go to Paris to see my family in law and I will also go to Barcelona for a few days!

ABOUT ME

I'm a calm boy who likes to make jokes once in a while. I love to play and to watch football. In every city that I come I want to see the football stadium.
I also like to do other sports, like squash, athletics, swimming and fitness. I love to hang out with my friends to play board games or computer games.

I'm very interested in other cultures and I would like to discover a lot of them.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not much yet. I couldn't host people for a long time, because my place was too small. But now I live in a bigger house, I would love to host Couchsurfers who wants to see something of Nijmegen!

Like I said, I'm really interested in all kind of sports. The sport that I love the most is ofcourse football!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a DVD-collector. I watch a lot of movies, but I prefer movies with Tom Hanks. Almost all his movies are good! I also like movies with Brad Pitt, Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman, Shia LaBeouf, Will Smith, Clint Eastwood, Jason Statham and Leonardo DiCaprio.
Some TV-series that I like are Friends, Band of Brothers, Lost, The Soprano's, Fringe and Dexter. In music I prefer the 70's and 80's. You still hear them every day on the radio. Queen, The Beatles and U2 are my favorite bands. Most of the time I read Dutch books. The quality is maybe not so high as literature from other countries, but for my job as a Dutch teacher I need to focus on the Dutch literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The difference between the poor and the rich part in Izmír was a real eye-opener for me.
