COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

surfed some couches in the USA, Canada, Sweden and Germany
hosted few in Aachen (Aachen does'nt seem to be the travellers' first choice in Germany - too bad since it is indeed a very beautiful small city ;-)

Interests

Music is my life. I play the guitar and the piano and listen to music all the time

I like to do sports and keep myself fit; I play skater hockey in a team here in Aachen, but also enjoy running, beachvolleyball, football, etc

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Ska, (Punk-)rock and Metal (especially with folk influences)mainly and go to concerts whenever possible. Due to some musical education I can also appreciate the beauty of classical music, though it is something I listen to rather rarely.
To name some bands: Children of Bodom, Ska-P, Reel Big Fish, Tenacious D, Eric Clapton, Dire Straits, ZZ Top, Ensiferum, Equilibrium, Finntroll, Schandmaul, In Extremo, Bullet for my Valentine

I don't read as much as I should, but if I do it is mainly the Game of Thrones series and classics of literature you are supposed to have read as a student of English: Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Mary Shelley and so on. In most cases I really enjoy those books once I brought myself to read them ;-)

Favourite tv series: The Big Bang Theory (!!!), Scrubs, How I met your mother, Breaking Bad, Modern Family
