Our full names are Tina Margrethe Karlsvik and Thore Borgenvik :) We are currently doing a 6 week roadtrip in the States, so we are unfortunately not able to host anyone until we get home late August. We are also moving to Larkollen, Rygge, which is a place in Østfold kommune, about an hour southeast of Oslo when we get home, so I can not host anyone in Kristiansand any more. We are, however, more than open to hosting people there!

We are two easy going and social young doctors looking to get as much out of our travels as possible. We love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures, and have had a great time so far, expanding our traveling networks. Although we are both new to CS, we hope to meet cool people, and build relationships cross country lines and continents.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The only way to truly experience an area is to meet someone who knows it. CS is a great opportunity to meet likeminded people who love traveling, explore cities and cultures, and make new relationships.

Interests

We both have a deep love for snowboarding and skiing in the wintertime, and boatlife by the coast during summer. I (Thore), love basically every sport that I have had the chance to get into, and I try to fill as many nights as possible with interesting people, interesting conversations and great food and drinks.

Books: I am a sucker for crime novels and thrillers.
