Overview
About Me
I moved back to India a few months ago after living in Canada where I worked as a financial advisor at CIBC. Right now, I’m staying with my parents in Delhi though I’m not sure how long I’ll be here.
I’m an ambivert - sometimes I’m quiet but if we vibe well, I can switch to being a total extrovert in a second! I’m a foodie without favourites - I love anything with a good blend of spices and my spice tolerance is um pretty high :P
Clubbing isn’t really my thing. I prefer being outdoors - hiking, cycling, skating or just exploring walking trails. Nature and adventure fuel me way more than a crowded dance floor ever could! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe that the best way to truly experience a new place is by connecting with the locals. I love immersing myself in different cultures, trying authentic foods and exploring hidden gems that only the locals know about.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I tend to gravitate toward music with meaningful lyrics often sentimental or emotional and the kind you find yourself singing in the shower lol.
Movies: I enjoy films that stir the heart especially emotional romcoms that leave a lasting impact. I also have a soft spot for feel-good dog movies – they never fail to bring a smile to my face :'))
Books: While I don’t read as often as I’d like, I’m hoping to develop the habit. I’m open to exploring new genres and would love any recommendations that could spark my interest :D
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I love spontaneous adventures and some of my best experiences have come from last minute decisions. One of the most incredible moments was driving up north from Toronto to catch the northern lights. I was lucky enough to see them in shades of pink and green and it was absolutely magical!
Another unforgettable trip was when I randomly booked flights for my first ever solo trip to the UK. It turned out to be the best journey of my life so far, filled with amazing people and experiences. It also changed my outlook on the United Kingdom and its people especially as an Indian, given our history of colonial rule. Contrary to what I expected, I found some of the kindest, friendliest, most helpful and cheerful people there!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can show you how to make some quick and delicious Indian recipes that are full of flavour.
Learn: I’m learning to ride a Harley Davidson, though it’s proving to be a challenge – it’s heavier than I expected!
Share: Ah I'd be happy to share stories from my travel adventures and the connections I’ve made along the way.
