I am a 21 year old who wants to see the world! Growing up in Taiwan, I traveled to Japan very frequently but didn't have the chance to explore other regions of the world. I love to share my culture and experiences, learn about other people's culture, and learn different languages. I am a huge foodie and love to cook international cuisine! In my spare time, I like to read, watch TV dramas and varieties, and journal.

I like to learn about a city's culture and people as much as I like to explore the city's sights and foods. Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE mystery novels! I really enjoy reading Japanese mystery novels that are categorized as 日常の謎, meaning the puzzles of daily life. I like these lighter mystery novels because they accentuate tiny details in our daily lives and make those seemingly trivial details into a case. I also enjoy slice of life novels.
I enjoy thrillers and horror films. My favorite are psychological thrillers like "Identity", "Coherence", and "Moon".

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my musical knowledge (16 years on the piano and 10 years on the violin), language abilities, and knowledge of living in Taiwan and the States with my hosts. I can teach them my favorite card games and talk about the many movies and books I enjoy watching! I would also be thrilled to cook/bake together with my hosts and go on foodie adventures together! I hope to bond with my hosts through a fun and engaging way.
