I read a lot too, last weeks a lot about meditation and buddhism. but one of my favourite books is probably a new earth of eckart tolle
the descendents is one of my favorite movies, it never gets old for me

for the past two months i’ve been volunteering at a meditation center near merritt which was probably one of the greatest things i did so far in my life. its been a blessing working together with wonderful people and taking part in making meditationcourses accessible for everyone
