ABOUT ME

We have been travelling since July 2009 to July 2011. With our backpacks we want to discover the world and make our dream of a world trip come true. Our first real backpacker feeling we had in 2005 while visiting Vietnam for 5 weeks and thought about a longer trip more often. In early 2009 we finally decided: it is now or never. We chance the temporary escape from workaday life to explore new countries and cultures.
It worked out very well! Now we are back in Germany and we are happy to meet other travelers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During our year of travel we had many amazing experiences, here are some of them:
enjoined the great atmosphere during the Bajram festival in Sarajevo, Bosnia
saw wild elephants very close in Wayanad Nationalpark, India
Watched the sun rise over Mt. Kangchenjunga in North India
Visited the colourful Naadam festival in Mongolia
Made our way to the Far East of Russia to Sachalin
