ABOUT ME

My name is Tina Tru. I am a Virgo, aka perfectionist, therefore, If I am staying on your couch, I will def. clean up perfectly after myself. I am a very fun person. I like to be spontaneous and I love to try new things. I love working out, being active, riding my bike, meeting new people, and traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

Thoughts become things. I believe in the "secret". Whatever you think about, you will attract into your life. Positive thoughts= positive outcomes. You can get whatever you want as long as you visualize it, try to reach your goals, and make an effort. Life is short, You must live it to the fullest by taking chances. Never be scared to take a risk even if you get hurt. I rather feel pain/hurt than to feel nothing at all. Treat others how you want to be treated.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If i had my own house, I'd def have a couch for others to crash on, but unfortunately I live at home with my father and pets. I do want to thank those out there who are offering strangers a place to stay. You guys are really genuine and positive people who are taking chances to others who need a place esp. when they travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet so far, but I hope NYC will be my very first experience.

The notebook, The Office, Love movies, Drama, and Horror movies are the best. I love all types of music. hiphop, metal, hardcore, 80s, indie, underground instrumental hiphop, ambient, melodramatic, jazz, oldies, classics, rock, reggae, drum and bass, trance, house, everything! I love to read as well.

I hope and would love to say I've made an impact on my students life as a teacher. I've seen a lot of people struggling growing up. For example, when i was a child, I needed a lot of help with learning and reading. I didn't feel so bright, and for those teachers who made me feel very special, I'd like to say they made one hell of an impact in my life. That is the same impact I want to give to students. I want to see our children growing up on the right path with all the education they need to be successful in life.

I've also made a list of things I'd like to do before I die, So far... I've got a long way to go :)

I'd love to teach others about what I've learned throughout my life growing up. I'd love to teach others to be open minded and take chances in life. I would love to teach people how to be positive and stop being so negative. I would love to learn from everyone I meet. I would like to ask everyone I meet, what is the one thing that they would love to do before they die. I would also love to share my experiences, stories, and thoughts with strangers who can relate.
