About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet weird people and cross paths with those I am meant to cross paths with.
ABOUT ME
I'm working towards my masters in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, a type of psychology that acknowledges and honors the spiritual dimension in each human being. I'm grounded and love being human. I love music, crafting, nature, people, traveling, readings, etc all good things under the sun.
PHILOSOPHY
The meaning of my life is to have reverence for ALL Life on the Earth.. plants, animals, and as we sometimes forget, other people. I like to wonder, discover, laugh, connect, and make good friendships.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm an open and pretty laid-back person. I'm respectful of personal space and open to meeting all kinds of people. I haven‘t hosted anyone at my place before, but hopefully I‘ll be able to soon... just one of the surfers right now.
I like to get a feel for a place by going out and experiencing the local happenings or the favorite spots of the person I'm staying with. I also like to go out on my own and discover quirky things about a new place. Overall, traveling to me means getting out and seeing as much as possible and having experiences I will remember.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've couchsurfed in Portland, OR which was a great vibe that I wish to continue. I'm excited to be a part of this cool little thing going on in our culture. It's important for us to trust each other and be accepting of all people. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Joanna Newsom, the Arcade Fire, Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence and the Machine... and lots more.
I like reading about different perspectives/experiences of spirituality, transpersonal psychology, knitting magazines, writing from the transcendental period, old-school fairy tales and great works of literature. Right now I'm reading "Soulcraft" and "Women Who Run with the Wolves"
I love movies. Lots of them. We could watch one? That'd be cool.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think the most amazing thing I've done recently was to stand beneath the ruins of the ancient Egyptians. Truly a mystical experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to teach you how to knit or crochet, if you're so inclined. I also love conversations that really get into the thick of things. Those are the best.
Whoever you are, whatever you do, whatever you know about it, I'd love to learn whatever you can teach.
