I was born and raised in New York City, recently lived in Santa Monica, California, for two years, and since March 2019 on a traveling journey through Asia. I enjoy an active lifestyle, love the outdoors, & am excited to meet people and learn about new cultures. I'm also quite passionate about yoga and meditation. I believe a sound mind makes for a sound body, and vice versa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am drawn to couchsurfing by the idea of COMMUNITY. Wherever I travel, I try to connect with locals and experience as much of the native culture as possible. Sharing stories, learning the local history and customs and language, volunteering or giving back in some way to share a bit of what I know / what I have -- these are the types of things that appeal to me.

House, Rock, Jazz, Pop; Siddartha by Herman Hesse, Sacred Contracts by Caroline Myss; I have recently enjoyed The Shape of Water, I Tonya, and Zootopia. Gladiator is probably my all-time favorite movie. I also quite enjoy documentaries about spirituality and environmental causes.

I've competed in a bodybuilding contest! So much fun and so much pain at the same time, omg.
